Fellows
- Discounted fee if paid prior to 31 March 2010 $550.00
- Normal fee $605.00
- Late Fee if paid after 30 April 2010 $660.00
Registrars and Other Health Professionals
- 75% of the appropriate level of the Fellow fee
Registration will be available on Level 3 of the Hilton Hotel from 8.00 am on Wednesday 5 May.
ACCOMMODATION
A block booking for accommodation has been made at the Sydney Hilton Hotel, Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to utilise these facilities, and include the first night’s payment

INDUSTRY EXHIBITION
The Industry Exhibition will be on Level 3 of the Hilton Hotel where lunch, morning and afternoon tea will be served.
Registrants are encouraged to attend the display as the industry has made a significant contribution to the management of the meeting.
DINNER
The dinner will be held on Thursday evening at the Hilton Hotel at 7.00 pm.
